There is always light. If only we’re brave enough to see it. If only we’re brave enough to be it.

Kira Schaefer

Junior Interior Designer

Kira is currently finishing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sustainable Interior Design at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. She is multi-passionate and has learned that design is not only about aesthetics, but about making spaces healthy too. This inspired her to obtain her LEED Green Associate certification in 2021 as a commitment to sustainable design and green building practices. She understands that design is centered around end-users, so she applies evidence-based strategies to employ the most holistic design possible.

Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup, she illustrates client visions by balancing form and function. With enhanced rendering experience, she is able to deliver photorealistic perspectives to further communicate designs. As an ASID member, she values building and maintaining relationships throughout the design industry.

When she is not designing, she likes hiking the desert terrain, soaking up sunshine, and relaxing by the pool. With her natural artistic abilities, she also enjoys painting and drawing with charcoal in her free time. Kira is originally from Colorado but now lives in Avondale, AZ with her fiancé.
